About Me
Growing up I was total a geography nerd – I spent hours inside my childhood basement exploring maps and fantasizing faraway places. Whenever my family drove across country (or crossed into another state) it captivated me! This excitement inspired me to pack up my bags and move to Seattle where I enrolled in the Community, Environment, and Planning (CEP) program at the University of Washington specializing in community development, bridging communications with urban planning.
Shortly after earning my graduate degree, I relocated back to the East Coast where I embarked on my career in public service. I currently work for a metropolitan planning organization in the Greater New York City region cultivating my expertise in community development, infrastructure, and communications.
Outside of work, you can find me sketching beautiful landscapes, researching astrology, baking a delicious dessert, taking photos, writing, or planning my next international expedition.
